Until now, larger electric fishing reel systems typically utilized AC-rated corrosion-resistant connectors since there were no DC-rated devices. Hubbell's DC-rated locking electric fishing reel system features a corrosion-resistant connector, which can be used along with a Hubbell outlet box and weatherproof cover plate to complete the installation. These devices are rated at 28 VDC and applicable for all 12, 24, and 32-volt DC fishing reel systems. Made of high-visibility yellow nylon that is impact resistant and UV stabilized for longer life. Nickel-plated contacts for corrosion resistance. UL-listed and CSA-certified.
